The employees were very friendly and helped immediately with everything I wanted to know and asked. The room is very basic (like Ibis Budget generally is), but perfect just to have a room for a night. We came back to the hotel after we were at a freezing and raining festival. The hot shower and the bed were a dream after the freezing situation before. Parking is also fantastic. When the parking lot is full, you just park in one of the other parking lots from the other hotels and give the ticket to the reception to validate.

I really liked how private and convenient the service was. Arriving very late or early morning. Receptionist greeted with a smile. They agreed to give me extra pillow for myself

Convenient location due to proximity to the motorway for early morning travel to the airport. It was also a convenient taxi journey away to the city centre which we enjoyed visiting before our return flight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free little easter eggs available on reception :)

Great convenient affordable hotel a short taxi ride away from downtown Porto. Good sufficient breakfast included along with happy helpful staff, highly reccommended for anyone on a budget.

welcome reception only took a couple of minites and we were all checked in,Very Very helpful stafe ondered a taxi for next morning early and it arrived prompt and spoke English(perfect).Breakfast was fresh and restaurant clean ,we left fortified and ready for the day.

I really loved the shower, very spacious and comfortable. The room size was small but decent for a few nights. Beds were comfortable but I asked for a 2nd pillow. Breakfast was nice for the price, for dinner because they don't have a restaurant we went to the other ibis hotel a few steps away and ate really well. The hairdryer can be rented for 10€ then they return the money when you give back the hairdryer. Water, coffee from the machines were 1€ so cheaper than going out. You can walk but it's not easy so we took the bus then the metro and we only took about half an hour into town. If you are 3 people then a taxi is the same price as you would pay for transport.

Clean and comfortable ideal for overnight stay. It was a little cramped for us - tiny shower and sink actually in the room, no separate bathroom but we expected that for a Budget Ibis. Moved across the road to the Ibis for our remaining 3 nights. Nice breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little out of the City centre but a €6 taxi ride took roughly 10 mins depending on traffic

Helpfulness of Ines the kind receptionist could not be better. Though very basic, the room suited my overnight needs well. Minor problem over charging by Booking.com, being almost 20 euros above the actual on the day price as checked in situ.

The hotel was very clean and the room had everything you might need to spend a couple nights, very comfortable as well.
